Through guided breathing and carefully curated music, you'll be invited into a deeply relaxed, altered state where the mind quietens, the body softens, and emotion has space to move. Many people describe leaving feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves.

There is no movement required, we simply get you settled onto a mat laying down using blankets, bolsters and eye pillows whilst you listen to the guided breathwork journey.
