The Nostalgic Breathwork Experience

A guided breathwork journey through music, memory and emotion.

If you’ve never tried breathwork before, this experience has been created to feel welcoming, comfortable and easy to follow.

You’ll spend most of the session lying comfortably on a mat, supported with bolsters, blankets and an eye pillow, while listening through headphones to a carefully curated soundtrack of instrumental covers of familiar songs.

Throughout the journey, you’ll be guided through conscious connected breathing - a simple breathing technique where the inhale and exhale gently flow into one another without the usual pause between breaths.

You don’t need to know how to do it beforehand. You’ll be shown exactly what to do, guided throughout, and encouraged to listen to your body and adjust whenever you need to.
